Szymon Tomaszewski

Simon Tomaszewski has made substantial strides in his career as a Founding Partner at Upward Innovators, a role he assumed in March 2024, dedicated to nurturing high-potential startups in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. His leadership extends to serving as a Board Member for the Central Eastern European Business Association Cambodia since December 2023, where he contributes to enhancing business relationships within the region. Simon also holds the position of Commercial Director at CTC Group, where since January 2023, he has been instrumental in driving the company’s commercial strategies in a hybrid work setting.

Previously, he led TAPEx TOP IMPORT as CEO, significantly shaping the organization's strategic direction and growth from March 2022 to June 2023. His extensive background in sales and business development was further showcased during his tenure as Director of Sales and Business Development at Fescco Trading (Cambodia), where his leadership from September 2020 to June 2023 was pivotal in expanding the company's market reach.
